Deanna Miller
PRESIDENT
Deanna is Co-founder and VP of Client Services at ARM Creative. She leads the agency toward excellence in client experience and is responsible for developing comprehensive campaigns for large corporations like Kawerak, Southcentral Foundation, Alaska Industrial Hardware, and MAC Federal Credit Union.
With more than two decades of proven experience in marketing and advertising, her work has spanned the regions of Alaska and the United States. Notably, Deanna has produced work for Carhartt, Columbia, Xtratuf, and served as the Director of Marketing for Big Ray’s for nearly a decade.
Her ability to create meaningful marketing moments while generating results garnered the attention of Google, who featured her work in Google’s Economic Impact Report and helped her land the position as TEDxAnchorage Event Manager.

Marilyn Alvarenga
ADVISOR, PAST PRESIDENT’S COUNCIL (PCC)
Marilyn Alvarenga is Executive Director of Frontier Tutoring, where she aspires to empower and engage with the future leaders of Alaska. She joined Frontier Tutoring from Northern Compass Group, an Anchorage-based consulting firm, where she served as Marketing Director and Associate Consultant, assisting client marketing departments with strategic communications and marketing.
She serves as President of the American Marketing Association Alaska Chapter, immediate-past chair of the Leadership Anchorage advisory board at the Alaska Humanities Forum, and former commissioner of the Anchorage Arts Advisory Commission. In her free time, Marilyn enjoys films and photography, as well as traveling.
Marilyn grew up in Anchorage and attended East Anchorage High School. She holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Alaska Anchorage, along with a certificate in digital marketing from Columbia Business School. Marilyn was named to the 2020 Top Forty Under 40 cohort by the Alaska Journal of Commerce.

Abbey Brau
ADVISOR, PAST PRESIDENT’S COUNCIL (PCC)
Abbey is the Marketing Manager at Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, Alaska. She is responsible for strategic marketing, external and internal communications, PR, and social media management for the Resort. When she isn’t working through a new synonym for the word “stoke,” you can find her enjoying the work/snowboard balance on the slopes of Mt. Alyeska.
With more than a decade of experience in advertising and marketing, Abbey grew her marketing legs in Minneapolis, MN working with million-dollar media budgets and international companies such as UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and BASF. She traded that all in for a job in Alaska and the challenge of unique companies, budgets, and goals. She spent 5 years working at local advertising agencies, Spawn Ideas and Walsh | Sheppard, before making the leap to Client-side at Alyeska Resort.
Learning and understanding Alaskan culture has been an incredible experience for her and she doesn't plan to leave anytime soon! Abbey prides herself on her ability to maintain relationships, overthink user-experience, and provide leadership in a variety of settings, organizations, and places. She is stoked/excited/inspired/thrilled/fired-up to be a part of the marketing community in Alaska.

Holly Zachman
TREASURER, PCC EXECUTIVE TEAM, IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT
Holly is a die-hard marketer with over 30 years of experience in branding, advertising, business development, and strategic planning. Currently, Holly is the Business Development Director of a local hospital where she represents the hospital to the community and helps connect employers, carriers, and brokers with hospital services. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Broadcasting and Communication from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Holly has been involved with AMA for over 20 years, holding various positions on the board, including sponsorship, communication, and president. Under her leadership, the Alaska Chapter was recognized as the Turn It Up Chapter of the Year with additional recognition as Membership Excellence and Finance Special Merit. Holly has gained countless experiences leading volunteers and teams to achieve small and big goals. She thoroughly enjoys helping people and teams reach for their highest potential.

Dianne Dela Rosa
COMMUNICATIONS CHAIRPERSON
Dianne has spent the last 16 years driving strategic sales and marketing initiatives for high-profile organizations within the beauty, luxury, telecommunications, and retail industries. She excels at developing data-backed and insight-based strategies that help drive sustainable and scalable business growth. A skilled multitasker with the ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn, she believes success is less about what you already know and more about expanding your knowledge base.
Her skills in brand management, marketing analytics, and business development, combined with her robust content curation and design skills, have helped her build strategic pipelines of motivated and brand-loyal clients. With a strong focus on customer engagement and retention, she has a proven ability to ignite brand recognition and awareness through the end-to-end execution of innovative marketing strategies.
Dianne hold degrees in management and marketing from the University of Alaska Anchorage. As part of MSI Communications' digital marketing team and Parfums Christian Dior’s sales team, she stays up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the industry. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and working as a freelance makeup artist.

Amanda Allard
VICE PRESIDENT OF MEMBERSHIP
Amanda graduated as an Honors Scholar and undergraduate researcher from the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA) with a dual Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management and Marketing with a minor in Communication. She also holds a master’s degree (MSOL) in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Leading in Business Settings from Creighton University. Her long-term goal is to use her degrees, skills, and experiences to help our community through encouraging corporate social responsibility, volunteerism, and by simply doing good work.
In her free time, Amanda sits on the Board of Directors for Identity Alaska, American Marketing Association, Alaska, and the Women’s Power League of Alaska. She loves getting after it in the great Alaska wilderness, whether it be cold weather camping or casting and blasting. The only limits Amanda has are on how many sockeye salmon she can catch in a day!

Siobhan Johansen
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Siobhan is a born and raised Alaskan and attended the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree while playing on the women’s volleyball team. She currently works as a Project Manager at Spawn Ideas, a full-service advertising agency based in Anchorage. In the summer, she enjoys hiking with friends and going on road trips to explore our beautiful state. But you’ll find her on the volleyball court year-round.

Jann Mylet
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
Jann Mylet spent almost two decades focused on secondary school marketing, enrollment management, and counseling before a move to Alaska in 2012 created a shift in opportunity. Since then, she has worked in communication and outreach roles in the civic and social sectors. She is currently the Director of Communications at the Alaska Hospital & Healthcare Association, based out of its Anchorage office. Jann loves research and tracking down a good lead, editing copy, and finding those connections that make a story universally human. She lives with her husband and two Karelian bear dogs in Chugiak and spends as much time as possible exploring Alaska’s parks and trails by foot, bike, and ski.

Ashley Ebnet
VICE PRESIDENT OF PROGRAMMING
Ashley Ebnet the Director of Marketing and Development for the Anchorage Economic Development Corporation. Ashley is responsible for supporting AEDC’s members, as well as new revenue generation, membership expansion, and event functions. She works closely with AEDC members, staff, and board members to develop strategies for annual fundraising, including corporate memberships, sponsorships, and in-kind support. In addition, she plans and executes all AEDC’s events, including our premier Economic Forecast and 3-Year Outlook luncheons.
Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from Capella University and is a lifelong Alaska. When she’s not at work, you can find her outdoors exploring, fishing & camping with her family!
Ashley serves on the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce Gold Plan Awards Planning Committee, Anchorage Cops for Community – Clothesline project, as well as on the American Marketing Association’s Alaska Chapter Board of Directors.oes here

Keeley Webber
VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNICATION
Keeley is a graphic designer by nature and a marketer by trade. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design. She joined Credit Union 1 in January of 2022, where her passion for translating branding into actionable marketing efforts is put to good use as a marketing strategist. Keeley’s contributions to CU1’s website were recently awarded a Gold Hermes for Website Redesign and Accessibility. When she’s not working on CU1’s marketing or branding efforts, Keeley enjoys painting, photography, or hiking with her fiancé, Paul, and their dogs.
