For the past twenty-five years, Ms. Craciun has conducted comprehensive marketing research projects throughout the state of Alaska, the Lower 48 and internationally.

She has developed business practices in soliciting and recording responses, which promote objectivity, rather than obscure it. In all her work, Jean Craciun strives to achieve a standard of excellence, not only in the depth of her investigation, but also in her integrity as a researcher.

Ms. Craciun serves on the Professional Board for the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) as well the Providence Foundation Board.

Amy Young combines her 20 years experience in market research with a passion for new technology and internet marketing. She is always looking for new and innovative ways to help companies leverage the power of information.
She is the guiding force behind the development and maintenance of both the company's technological backbone as well as the R&D of new, technology-based research products.

Her extensive background in research methods and statistics brings keen insight into today's most difficult marketing challenges.

Ms. Young is the facilitator and moderator of the Alaska Social Media Scene and is a frequent guest speaker at UAA and APU.
