Dr. Sumeet Jhamb is an Assistant Professor – Business Administration (Strategic Management) in the Department of Management and Marketing, at the College of Business and Public Policy (CBPP) at the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA). His primary research interests include inter-industry diversification, diversity, gender stereotyping of organizational roles with specific focus on management, leadership, and entrepreneurship and small business administration. His scholarship centers on the intersection of entrepreneurship, applied social psychology, as well as strategic management and organization studies, specifically involving perceived gender-based differences and stereotyping of organizational roles. Dr. Jhamb focuses on gender and inequality, international business, diversification, knowledge management, strategy development & implementation, organizational diversity, and inclusion management to increase firm competitiveness and firm performance.
